Dashboard

Coordinate logistics, stock and orders with precision

Monitor your operation in real time by analyzing stock coverage, preparation times, shipping costs and critical deviations.

Operations

Operations specialists

We design a dashboard that aligns procurement, warehouse and distribution with your business objectives. We centralize operational data to detect bottlenecks, anticipate stock-outs and reduce logistics costs.

With automated processes and clear KPI definitions, you will achieve a reliable and predictable operation with the ability to react to deviations and a sustained improvement in productivity.

The dashboard incorporates industry best practices so your team can make data-driven decisions and scale the operation with confidence. We integrate key sources, automate calculations and deliver an operational dashboard ready to use by management, logistics and procurement.

Operations management

Our dashboards integrate natively with the leading tools used in operational management, allowing information from planning, logistics control, procurement and distribution systems to be consolidated in a single, coherent environment. This integration makes it possible to automate data flows, reduce manual errors and have real-time updated indicators for faster and more accurate decision-making. Here are some examples of the platforms we work with:

SAP S/4HANA (ERP)
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM)
Tango Gestión (ERP)
Google Analytics
Google Ads
Shopify (eCommerce)
QuickBooks
Mercado Libre (Marketplace)

The dashboard

360° view of operations

Unify inventories, orders, movements and shipments. KPIs for coverage, rotation, OTIF, picking productivity and cycle times to act fast. Filters by warehouse, region, DC, SKU and carrier. Traffic light alerts that prioritize incidents and generate tasks.

Monthly and historical control

Track stock levels, lead times, productivity and direct operating costs. Compare periods and detect seasonality and anomalies. Full traceability from source to each KPI to audit results and ensure reliable decisions.

Goals and alerts

Set OTIF, coverage, SLA and productivity targets. The dashboard compares target vs. actual, highlights deviations and shows suggested actions. Generate work lists for restocking, redistribution and incident tracking.

Comparison by sites and zones

Compare performance across warehouses, DCs and zones. Identify and transfer best practices. Analyze picking by hour, capacity utilization, errors and logistics cost per order to optimize decisions.

Why do operational dashboards fail?

  1. Poorly defined or non-actionable KPIs: when indicators are not linked to concrete objectives or do not reflect controllable variables, the dashboard becomes a simple data visualization with no capacity to guide decisions. Defining relevant, measurable KPIs is key so each area knows what to improve and how to do it.
  2. Disconnected or unreliable data: if there are information discrepancies between systems, results lose credibility. A lack of data integrity generates confusion, contradictory decisions and rework that increases operating costs.
  3. Insufficient update frequency: dashboards that are not updated as often as the operation demands stop being useful. If data arrives late, alerts become obsolete and the reaction to deviations is delayed.
  4. Confusing design: a dashboard with too many charts, unclear hierarchies or poorly used colors generates more questions than answers. Effective visualization must highlight what is relevant, prioritize alerts and guide the user toward the right action.
Operational dashboard

Our approach solves these problems with a robust data model, auditable standard KPIs and a decision-focused design: what happened, where, with what impact and what action to take.
